Katie and Nick were a long distance couple for the first four years of their relationship, so they’ve traveled just about everywhere to be together. Nick also proposed in Italy (so romantic), on a moonlit balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. When coming up with ideas for their e-session they, and their photographer Laurie, of elle rose photo thought it only fitting to do a travel themed shoot. When I think of a great place to shoot, an old train isn’t the first thing that pops into my mind, but I think the setting is perfect. I love all the different brightly colored cars, they make a perfect background for Katie and Nicks story.
