Katie of Jayne Weddings submitted this engagement session to me, and I couldn’t help but share it. It’s just too cute and the details are fun and thoughtful. Katie is a SoCal transplant who is very recently married, and moving to Chicago to continue her event planning business in the midwest. Even though this e-session isn’t from the midwest I thought it would make a great inspiration post for any couple planning an engagement, or even for a dessert idea at a wedding reception. A build your own s’mores bar? Yes please!

What an awesome idea for an engagement scenario, loads of fun, and a unique, yummy treat for the ‘wife-and-husband-to-be’! Not to mention the one-of-a-kind photos!
This designer has it all going on! Bravo!

If you were closer than Chicago you’d be handling my whole garden wedding in August. So much talent….awesome ideas….just adorable!

What a “fun” setting for an engagement or even an anniversary celebration. Can see this happening at Seabrook Island, SC (one of our favorite places), or any beach community. Very unique and something special for that special occasion.

I can’t wait for Kate to do our engagement shoot. These pictures are amazing and she’s been great to work with. So many fantastic ideas and she’s always available.
I’m not sure how are pictures are going to top this, but based on these we definitely made the right choice.
We’ve been recommending her to all of our friends and I’d recommend her to any other couples out there.
Congrats Kate!
